Some people think that when you become a Christian, you LOSE something. I use to think that... and I was only partially right. I use to believe you LOST more than you could possibly GAIN and therefore avoided Christ. I wrote-off "Christians" as full of psychological religious BS. But now I know better. You don't LOSE... Actually, you LOSE the crap you need to lose and then GAIN the goods you need most because of Jesus. According to the Scriptures, Jesus took in 39 lashes prior to the crucifixion. Consider now at least 39 things that occur on YOUR BEHALF should you entrust yourself to Him because of His great love for us. Do you see any that resonate w/you?
